XWME4000 Milling and Embedding machine equipment is a large, professional, industrial grade milling and embedding equipment.
 

The equipment adopts network servo linkage control, multiple spindle motors work synchronously, with high speed, high precision, stable and reliable synchronous molding, which greatly improves the production speed and yield of the card.
The card transfer and milling positioning of the equipment adopt the most time-saving and reliable way to improve the speed and stability of the whole machine, which are patented technologies of the machine.

• Combines cavity milling & chip embedding functions ,with a robot arm for connecting
• All the components adopt international well-known brands which ensure machine in high quality.
• Two card input modules adopts vacuum system and card sensing system is capable to detect double card and missing card.
• Machine X Y Z motion control by servo motor. X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.015mm, Z axis accuracy: ± 0.015mm, flatness accuracy: ±0.005mm.
• Utilizes flexible hot and cold pressing technology for tight embedding
• Dusts and shaving will be vacuumed by a vacuum chamber.
