Product Description

XWM5000 is for Smart Card (IC card, SIM card, GSM card, banking card, etc) cavity milling. It is available for ACF DI card cavity milling. Milling station could equipped with the function of ATS (antenna touch system) for DI card cavity milling. 

Feature:
* Two card input modules adopts vacuum system and card sensing system is capable to detect double card and missing card.
* Machine adopts mechanical positioning system, which positioning accuracy is higher than traditional cylinder system.
* High speed spindle motor adopts water-cooling system.
* Machine X Y Z motion control by servo motor. X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.015mm, Z axis accuracy: ± 0.015mm, flatness accuracy: ±0.005mm.
* Z axis depth is adjusted by the servo close loop control.
* Dusts and shaving will be vacuumed by a vacuum chamber.
* All the components adopt international well-known brands which ensure machine in high quality.

* The whole machine is controlled by a PC.
