XW-EM3500 smart card magnetic stripe laying machine is a fully automatic mechanical system for mounting magnetic strips.It is used to mount the  magnetic strip to the covering film automatically, so that the magnetic strip is firmly mounted on the covering film under the action of heating and pressurization; At the same time, the magnetic strip pad foil is recovered by another rewinding mechanism.

 FEATURES:
• Controlled by PLC program, and the display operation is controlled by touch.
•The multiple roller clamping device locks the covering film and the compression position can be adjustsed  to ensure quality.
•The magnetic strip is parallel, the magnetic lamination effect is good, and the magnetic strip pad foil is automatically recycled by the waste collection system.
•The automatic tension control system is used for feeding, and the conveying of the roll film is always smooth and stable.
•The heating pipe is heated, the imported temperature sensor is combined with the temperature control module to control the temperature, the setting is simple and the temperature control is accurate.
•The film cutting power is driven by the cylinder, and the temperature and pressure of each mounting head can be adjusted separately.
• The machine runs with stable performance 24 hours×7 days.
• The parameter of running speed and film length is adjustable to ensure accurate
